Handstand Series
This series is broken up into Stretch classes and Play classes. In the Stretch classes we focus on improving range of movement for handstands and in the Play classes we focus on the skills of getting upside down. Please practice with a friend or a wall and please practice safely.

Today we will actually get upside down. It might be using a wall, a friend or just with a cartwheel. But please practice slowly and mindfully. The class does tend to get a bit messy and chaotic because of all the people in studio. Try to use the cues we give other people ... -
Session 3 - Shoulder & Core Stabilizing & Hip Opening - 20210209
Another Preparatory class without any actual inversions. Focussing more on shoulder stability, core strength and hip opening to assist entry and hold.

Session 6 - Fun & Playful - 20210220
Need a wall please. These classes start structured but becomes pretty chaotic towards the end with everyone in studio really playing until the last moment. You are welcome to play until you feel ready to stop.
