Yin Yoga
This style of yoga is suitable for everyone. This is a slow and deep release style of yoga in which we hold passive poses for longer periods of time to facilitate deeper work on the fascia, nervous system and meridian lines. Most of these classes are 75 Minutes long but there are a few 90 Minute sessions and a few 1 Hour sessions too.
